For company training, we can provide pre-post surveys to collect data in order to tailor presentations to your specific needs. Follow-up services are also available for ongoing compliance training, recommendations, local resources, and individualized sessions.

This training is designed to enhance both the physical and mental performance of athletes by strengthening the mind-body connection. Through the integration of yoga practices led by a registered instructor and psychological skills training, participants develop greater mindfulness, body awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and mental resilience. The program also emphasizes psychological processing to support personal growth, optimize performance, and foster a positive, cohesive team culture.
